Ok, we know this isn’t a question, but it’s something we can’t say enough. That’s why we always include them when we buy a home.
Where do you buy properties?
We buy properties throughout Southern California including San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles counties.
Do you always stick to your first offer?
Yep. We know for agents, time is money. We don’t waste either when you work with us. With complete and accurate disclosures there will be no renegotiations and no second guessing.
What if my seller wants to work directly with the buyer?
We understand that some homeowners want to talk directly to the buyers. We value the contributions agents make to the process, so if you refer us to a property we end up buying, we will pay your commission while keeping you updated at every step of the sale.
What if the home needs a lot of work?
We’re called Homely for a reason. Any problem you’ve experienced or can dream up, we’ve solved.
Serious repair for plumbing, electrical or foundations. Major renovations like a new roof. Problems with the current tenants. Whatever it is, we’ve got you covered.
How can I be sure that you’re giving me your best offer?
Our goal is always the fairest price possible. Our offer takes into account 3 factors:

I have more questions. Is there a fee for speaking with an advisor about my offer?
Nope. We’re always happy to chat with agents. We can talk about how Homely works, discuss solutions to your current problems, or exchange some real estate stories. (Did we mention we love agents?)
